Jasmuheen on The Pure Love and Paradise Patterns - excerpt from her Alchemy of True Love and Tantra Course and manual.
It’s taken me a long time to write this book as I’ve always felt that my private life is too personal and too valuable to share—which is true—yet at nearly every one of the myriad events I’ve done, I’ve found myself responding to so many heartfelt questions from people wanting to improve their relationships. And so, we always took the time to share the valuable insights and techniques that I’ve been given over the last few decades that have worked so well for me.
Then they would often ask, “Can you write a book that is just about relationships but from an esoteric point of view as well?”
In these gatherings I also met so many women plus a few men, who were close to the point of walking away from a marriage, or single young women as well as older divorced women who want to share their lives with someone special. And because these ones are all on a spiritual journey, they are not just interested in true love but also in pure love for they know through experience that love has many flavours—from romantic love with our search for a true love-type companion or partner, to Divine love as in the pure love pulse that can be awakened deeply within us all.
Then of course people long to explore and deepen the family matrix of love and more consistently experience the unconditional love flow that we can enjoy not just with friends and animals but also for our self. Some find that loving both themselves and a partner unconditionally can be the hardest journey of all, or wonder if it is even possible. But it is—when we are immersed in the Source of all love.
I call Source love, pure love and it is a frequency pulsation that flows through us, that also forms part of our core. When strengthened within us, it transforms us so that we can experience the flavours of love in ways that enrich us all.
To me, the human design is incredible, for we are blessed with the ability to feel, discern, and follow the call of our hearts—which is more important than ever before, as this next step in our evolutionary journey is being led by the deepest longing in the human heart: to know pure love once more.
Hopefully, we will all eventually receive enough of this love that our love quotient barometer locks into levels beyond our wildest dreams—as has happened, over time, in my own life.

Love … In the Beingness of love, all is perfect, all is understood, all are just rhythms of awareness and awakening; there is no judgement of right or wrong, or good or bad, or struggle and pain and confusion. All is simply love. All is unfolding in the rhythms of love, held in a field of love, fed by love and is pure and perfect because of this. Jasmuheen
