Source Feeding – My Final Chapter is a gentle yet powerful invitation to remember who we truly are — luminous beings connected to an infinite field of consciousness and creation.
Drawing on decades of lived exploration, insight, and synthesis, this work bridges science, spirit, and sacred wisdom to reveal a deeper understanding of nourishment, energy, and human potential.
Structured in four progressive parts, the journey unfolds through:
Part I — Invitation and Essential Insights
Part II — Embodiment: Practical Pathways and Preparation
Part III — Systemic Transformation and Future Possibilities
Part IV — Expanded Consciousness and Universal Connection
Rather than offering beliefs to follow, this book opens a space for personal discovery — where inner alignment, coherence, and clarity naturally guide the way.
This is not just a book — it is an invitation.
A return to the original source within.
Source Feeding – My Final Chapter
This book brings together over three decades of lived exploration into the nature of nourishment, consciousness, and human potential. It is not a manual or a method, but a carefully woven synthesis of experience, reflection, and insight—offered as an invitation to explore a broader understanding of how life sustains itself.
At its heart, this work gently challenges the idea that nourishment is purely physical, opening instead into a more holistic view in which the body, mind, emotions, and subtle energy systems exist in continuous relationship with a wider field of life. Through this lens, nourishment becomes multi-dimensional, and the human system is revealed as far more adaptive, intelligent, and responsive than we have been taught to believe.
What This Book Contains
The book unfolds in four interconnected parts, each building naturally upon the last.
Part I — Invitation and Essential Insights
This opening section offers a gentle entry into the field. Through personal reflection and lived experience, it explores the nature of this journey, the role of perception, and the importance of inner guidance. It also addresses media misconception, honours early pioneers, and extends an open invitation to scientific and medical communities to engage with this field through thoughtful inquiry. Ancient traditions and emerging perspectives are brought together to show that this exploration, while newly expressed, is rooted in a timeless human curiosity.
Part II — Embodiment: Practical Pathways and Preparation
Here, the focus becomes more grounded and practical. Rather than presenting rigid methods, this section offers supportive frameworks that encourage safe, gradual, and responsible exploration. It looks at motivation, lifestyle alignment, plant-based living, and the body’s natural cycles of renewal through fasting. Foundational principles such as emotional balance, nervous system stability, and coherence are emphasised, along with more nuanced discussions, including the sacred and careful context required when exploring areas such as dry fasting. Throughout, the emphasis remains on preparation, discernment, and listening deeply to the body.
Part III — Systemic Transformation and Future Possibilities
This section expands the perspective from the individual to the collective. It explores how personal coherence influences the wider systems we live within, including health, environment, and global structures. A key chapter examines the relationship between artificial intelligence and human consciousness, offering a grounded and thoughtful perspective on how emerging technologies reflect and amplify the state of human awareness. Here, the book begins to bridge inner transformation with outer change, suggesting that the evolution of human consciousness and the evolution of our systems are deeply interconnected.
Part IV — Expanded Consciousness and Universal Connection
In the final section, the exploration deepens into the nature of reality, perception, and the subtle architecture of the human system. Topics such as the biofield, the lightbody, emotional nourishment, and the role of love and coherence are explored in a way that integrates both experiential and philosophical understanding. The chapter on remembering introduces reflections on simultaneous lives and deeper fields of support, offering context for why some individuals feel drawn to this path, while gently grounding the reader in the importance of living fully in the present moment.
The Closing Movement
The book concludes with a return to simplicity.
Rather than offering a final answer, it invites a quiet recognition—that beneath all exploration, all questioning, and all seeking, there exists an innate intelligence within life that already knows how to sustain, guide, and restore balance.
This closing chapter brings the journey full circle, reminding us that nothing needs to be forced or proven, and that what we are ultimately returning to is not something new, but something we have always been.
A Final Note
This book does not ask for belief, nor does it present a path to follow.
It offers a space to reflect, to question gently, and to explore what may be possible when we begin to listen more deeply—to the body, to life, and to the subtle intelligence that connects all things.
Each reader will take from it what resonates, and that is as it should be.
Our world loves its labels especially in its bid to understand those of us who are wired a little differently as yes, being different can be both a blessing and a curse. Discovering the research of Jenara Nerenberg’s Divergent Mind: Thriving in a World That Wasn’t Designed for You has been crucial for many.
Genetically I come from a loving line of unusually wired women who often hid their inbuilt talents from the world, having long learned that being burnt as a witch or heretic was a painful exit plan to avoid.
Due to the lack of good education, fear from ignorance has often driven a society into a very cruel direction targeting those who are wired a little differently in very vicious ways. These days, trial by media can be just as soul shattering as being burnt at the stake and yet for the bringers of change it all serves in our own evolutionary journey in the most unusual way.
One thing we learn quite quickly is to be careful who we disclose what to, as it can be a shock when
1) we realise not everyone is wired the way we are and
2) not everyone can be entrusted with the knowledge of all that we are.
Discernment and discretion become the basics for our days as we share, sense people’s eyes glaze over and how they disengage when our sharing becomes too ‘unreal’ for them, so then we stop, pull back and change the subject to one in their comfort zone again. On the rare occasions that we meet someone with whom we can talk without constraint, both our heart and our spirit soars as if we are a bird finally set free from a cage. We call these ones ‘our tribe’.
This is perhaps one of the things that I have been the most grateful for these past three decades of constant travel, researching and sharing Source Feeding with millions in the world, and that is the finding of my tribe. The unusual people that I have met, the true friendships that have been formed, the feeling of finally being truly understood, the ability to talk so freely without holding back on any topic – especially regarding our experiences of the ‘invisible’ or hidden realms and those who are supporting this next evolutionary phase on Earth. This has been a huge gift for me this life.
Are we deluded because we see-sense-know things that others cannot? Or are we taping into natural senses that those who call us deluded have not yet had revealed? If so, can everyone be switched back on to experience the freedom that this brings?
The answer to this is simple.
Yes.
If they are interested and open to do what’s required, then the answer is yes.
While some people are born with various natural faculties switched on, others find these abilities switching on throughout the course of their life due to circumstances and also specific finetuning.
Meditation helps.
Being in silent stillness helps.
A lighter more natural diet where we spend less energy on digestion helps.
Strengthening the body’s chi channels helps.
Being open minded, open hearted helps.
And … being ready is a must.
The Source Feeding Library is a deliberately layered body of work exploring nourishment beyond physical food as a consciousness-linked phenomenon, rather than a method, identity, or promised outcome.
Rather than repeating a single idea across multiple titles, this library approaches the same inquiry through distinct lenses, allowing readers to enter at the level that aligns with their curiosity, readiness, and personal responsibility.
Across all volumes, Source Feeding is presented as an emergent state—one that may arise naturally as survival-based conditioning dissolves and inner systems move into coherence, alignment, and freedom.
Each book addresses a different dimension of the human experience, ensuring the subject is explored ethically, safely, and without simplification.
